Effective October 1, 2014, ALL VPK and CSC Scholarship services will be provided through an appointment system. Scheduling an appointment will eliminate the need for parents to go to the Family Central office and wait in line or take time off from their job.

Please note that with the implementation of an appointment system, walk-in customers can only be served on an emergency basis; keeping in mind that staff is serving customers throughout the day who have made an appointment with them.

We will still have kiosks available in our lobby to facilitate the VPK application process should a parent elect to come to Family Central to obtain a certificate.
